He's Finally Mine

     As she lies, sleeping softly, with a small smile on her lips, her eyes fluttering ever so lightly...the dream was happening again.

    Ocean waves, barefoot in the sand, the sound of sea gulls singing in unity, butterflies all about, rose petals scattered and blowing in the breeze.

    She takes his hand, holds on tight, for she already knows this will be the ride of her life, a love so strong, a love without end.

    The vows came easy "I do", slipped from her lips so easy, her hair blowing in the breeze, her eyes looking deep into his, for at that moment, she realized those were the words that had been the easiest, yet truest she had ever said... And ah.. With such ease...

    She didn't want to wake, she loved the feeling of being loved, like never before, a love worth fighting for, a love so strong she only saw it in the movies, now was happening in her life, consuming her thoughts so that her dreams were beautiful at night.

    The beautiful dress, the flowers, but most importantly, the feelings so hard to put into words , but the sounds, the smells, the colors, so vivid, his smile, but most important of all, knowing he held the keys...

    To her heart, the only ones she wanted to hold onto them, and that's because being his wife, felt so right.
