I’m all dressed in white and my life has been grand,

I’ve had love in my life, a handsome young man;

My heart always flutters when he is with me –

I’ve walked into heaven, a path only angels can see.

I’m all dressed in white and my life has been grand.

You must take things slowly, you must understand.

The love in my life now is all that I need.

Take your angel’s advice, why do you not heed?

Please leave me right now, I don’t need a guide.

I’ll leave you alone, yes, I’ll step aside.

[A boy steps in as the angel disappears]

You have my heart now, and I love you so,

I’ll always love you, and I’ll never go.

My love is so deep, we’re soulmates, a pair.

I love your whole body, your face and your hair.

I don’t want to make love, I’m not ready now.

You don’t have to love, let me show you how.

You don’t really love me, it’s all about lust.

You are ugly, a tease, a girl without trust.

[The boy leaves her alone – the girl falls to her knees]

What happened to me? My heart’s dead inside.

[A shadow appears before her]

Let me pick you up, let me be your guide.

But you are so dark, a ghost or a thing?

I’m all you have now, a shadow, a king.

I can’t love again now, my feelings are gone.

Change what you are, girl, change it all, be reborn!

[The girl gets dressed in black, the shadow leaves]

[The boy re-enters with another girl]

I now see a fool, and a fool’s company.

Don’t talk to her, girl, don’t talk to me.

You don’t have to love, and he’ll show you how –

You better leave, girl, you better go now.

[His new girlfriend leaves him]

Why did you do that? She’s now left my side.

I did that for her, so her heart wouldn’t die.

You are so dark now, what happened to you?

You ruined my life, so I’ll ruin yours too!

[A shadow takes the boy and a vampire appears]
