The Man and She

Bruised Hands. Aching body. Bloody nose. What it took to get him off of her. Having to fight a man who brought you life? To save the woman who brought you life.
Flashbacks occurring back to when I was only 2. My Mother left there, pregnant with my younger sibling.
"Dad! No please! Stop Daddy please!" no plea could ease his unreasonable rage.
My mom calling the cops. The police making up excuses to come. Going to my neighbors house to ask for a phone. The police finally came. Not willing to cooperate but had to comply, after all it was their job, wasn't it?
Years past. Situation happening over... And over. Until she found her sense. Casper. Finally released, he came straight to see her. The True love sparked. She left the man that abused and neglected her to be with the man that could bring her to true happiness.
Thanksgiving day, The Man called again and again. She could not stand it no more.
"Casper and I are together now. And we plan to stay together." she said in an anguish.
The Man chocked on his words. Lying in the Psych-Ward to this day. Not one single word aaod The Man suffering another episode.

This piece is another serious one that tells of a story that sadly is happening all over the world and I agree with you that the police need to get a grip with this abuse and we should have far strictor laws and punishement for those that physically and psychologicly bully others.
Well done for another superb piece honey.
