One Night Only

If I could go back and do it all over again I’d only ask for one night only.

Instead of the time we haven’t spent, where you’re with me each and every day but still I feel lonely.

A house is supposed to feel like a home but with you here it really feels homely.

I want you every day and every night. I want to hold you so closely.

But the words you say and the actions you take our killing me every day slowly.

I honestly wish that at some point in time you’d taken the time to get to know me.
