From Big Things Small
Why do you
insist
on making
huge things
out of
small things ..
and big
things out
of nothing
at all ..
Why do you
still make
mountains
from molehills
and stars
from flecks
of dust ..
You are not
an enigma,
or a mystery
but such
a fabricator
and do
epitomize
tired
and well
stretched truth ..

Ahhhhgghh I have been known to make mountains out of molehills on many occasions...I think when you overthink you go into like a worry overdrive. I had a panic attack whilst public speaking at Uni, and was terrified for years after to speak again...im always thinking the worst is going to happenÂ
but I think somtimes you have to check yourself and try and stop being overly dramaticÂ
