The Garden of Eden

The Garden of Eden

Loosing battles and growing tired, I'm getting sick of the fires.
I get burned and I can't smile. Even when I want too I know I won't for a long while.

I don't want what I have. I never asked to be mad. I've done what I had too, in order to survive others attitudes.

I want to be happy. I don't want to fight.

I always wanted a peaceful life. But I grew up in darkness with nothing to call mine.

I want to see the garden. I want to be happy. I want to be loved and for somebody to see me. I want to see the garden. The Garden of Eden. I want to surround myself with joy. Find some way to lean in. I don't want to fall. I don't want to fail. I don't care if anybody listens to my tale. I just want my life to matter and to get out of here. I want to experience the garden. The garden of Eden.
