1 Year in My Life

1 Year in My Life

Crying in the rooms
talking in the halls
Pounding on the walls
Yelling everywhere

Hearts of stone
Broken with no hope
Anger too is shown
wild rebel children
Death awaits
Who will be his victim?

Doors with numbers
Hard beds, plastic pillows
Jail with open doors
Caged in like animals
These kids live

Number 7 shutup!
Number 4 go to timeout
Number 2 needs restrained

Sad eyes, broken hearts
This is what was here
This was "the home."
I know for I was here

Powerful message. The way you described it, it really showed the sterile environment. It portrayed a harshness, a cold and heartless place. I'm just sorry you experienced this in your life! Great writing!
