20 years

I could have bought you jewelry, flowers or wine

To celebrate the arrival of this moment in time

But that was too easy what was needed was heart

And to say that I love you would at least be a start

Twenty years have gone by and not a day I would trade

I’ve loved every moment and the choices we've made

So here’s to twenty more just like the last

But I prey it goes slower than it has in the past
