Amen to that brother......Joplin ~ one of the greatest live performers of all time.......and Kristofferson wrote some of the best songs and I still say his version of "A Star Is Born" is the Best!!.....thanks for the reminder CHRIS!!......your long memory is serving you well!!......LOVE & ROCKETS!!......T xo : )
Good evening Tony and thank you for the kind words , Basically music saved me during Lockdown and I found so much great new music back through time and this song was among that , Though I had heard it before , this was the time I fell in love with it , I don't know much about janis , I'm more a Doors , Hendrix , Bowie , Queen and early Dylan fan though I have now gained a love of the country music greats , I ramble , Thank you for your kind words and hoping Monday has been kind , Chris :)
