A CLOTHES DESIGNER

 
Guided by colour texture and shape 
Designing clothes is my one great escape 
A safety pin is my one great mate  
I'm not being modest when I say they look great 

Clothes that are designed by me are sort after 
This causes me such merriment and laughter  
For the work is done by a sewing machine 
One of the greatest inventions the world has seen 

Artists paint, authors write and singers sing 
To me designing clothes are my thing
