A country's fight

She lived the games of life
They came desperate for her
in her love they said they came !
Little did she know love will lead her down a mucky road
Betrayed raped and stolen
They tried to take her eyes
Her people were to stubborn
They tried to paralyse her
She grew out new arms and legs.
They belittle her make her feel weak
She's a lion resting her head
And when she is and when she will lift her head they'll try tranquilize her
But she's a stubborn cat
She'll fight back they'll try.
Try mould her back in her slaving ways
But she's not of those to rest her head too low too long !
