A DREAM AND A KISS

What an exhausting day
My bed calls out to me
My tired body answered
Effortlessly I drifted off to sleep
The clouds caught me
I said goodbye to my habitation
Not knowing of my nights destination
For sleep can feel like a gentle hug
Or a scary roller coaster ride
Either way I climbed aboard
And submitted to its reins
Snapshots of the unknown
Dazzled my mind
As though I was wide awake
At the worlds fare
Flashing lights, beautiful lights
And glances of smiling faces
Invades my travels
I seem to know them all
But nameless they remained
In the vault of my mind
Then I saw you
In a field of creations most beautiful garden
So happy cheerful and free
You beckoned to me
I responded with love
And you kissed me out of sleep.
