A Family Christmas

It’ll soon be time for Santa Claus to don his red pants and jacket 
And for mummy’s and daddy’s around the world,I bet for some,it’s cost a packet
But for the kids,good parents, will go to any length they can 
To bring a smile to the face of their little girl or their little man 
Christmas is family time,for one and all to enjoy 
To see the children’s eyes light up,when they’ve found their favourite toy
Plenty of fun and yakattie-yak,as the time ticks by so fast
Soon be time for the bedtime story,so then we can relax,at last
