A feeling i know all too well

Running faucets to drown out the Coughing. 
Flushes heard but never second guessed. 
Mouthwash always on her breath but never questioned.
Flat stomach and small dinner plates. 
Avoiding meat because she was a 'vegetarian ' 
Never eating breakfast because there was 'no time'
Gluten free but all she thought was carb free and that was good.
That was so good.
Hip bones bursting out when she laid down
Skin and bone, she thought she was finally beautiful. 
Carb free, fat free, free . 
The flushes of the toilet was music to her ears.
It became her favorite song.
