Only a few moments
afterwards ..
When she had finally
caught up
with her breath again ..
She scratched
an upside down arch
in the sand
with her finger ..
Right next to where
only a moment
before, they had both
just been laying ..
Or maybe,
it might have been
the making
of a smile perhaps .. x
