A Good Old Hearty Breakfast

A proper hearty breakfast made by many Scottish mums
 To pull a sad old morning,right up from out of the glumbs 
A measure of oats submerged in cold water and a pinch of salt to taste
 On the stove to bubble and stir,and wait with anticipation and haste 
After five minutes of boiling and two minutes to stand
 Get some in a bowl,but mind,don't burn your hand
A nice squirt of honey and cold milk to cool
 You eat your substantial breakfast,and let the others drool
