try get out and about get a fresh air fix

Yes inhale the air, exhale your woes
feel the goodness from your head.to toes

So beneficial  it helps with your mental health
being out and about, seeing beauty in natures wealth

The scenery the animals the sights and sounds
helps to heal a mind that fears,and a heart that pounds

Take it slowly at first, little steps forward is the key
you may take steps backwards its normal don`t worry

Just continue every day to feel to see,to hear to smell 
taking your mind of those thoughts, on which you dwell

Its not a cure but I know from experience it lifts your mood
from a mind in turmoil from a mind that broods

I say these words because i`ve lived them, this was me
