Poem -

A Hidden Love

A hidden love,
Love in his heart.
She doesn't believe,
That it will go far.
She kept getting asked:
"Have you ever loved someone,
So damn much, that it hurt?"
â—‹â—‹â—‹â—‹
"Yes."
She'd reply and that's why.
No one knows the pain,
Pain of breaking down.
When you know you have everything,
Much to go around.
â—‹â—‹â—‹â—‹
A hidden love,
A love she's through.
She'd think to herself,
'Why isn't it the same?'
The money,
The bank,
For God sake!
â—‹â—‹â—‹â—‹
Why can't we go back to loving?
She's giving up too soon,
But he still loves her,
With every move.
Although...she's through.
