Poem -

Scream

Well she looked to you for security,
You kept hiding from her personality.
She looked at you as a friend,
And you stayed hiding, avoiding.
You couldn't handle her pain,
Her feelings that she couldn't cope with.
###
Now she's becoming a victim to you, Those words you feed her...
Don't help you feel better.
They make her tumble...
Feel number and it gives more torture.
###
When you text or call her,
She gets mixed signals.
Are you a friend figure or trying to be her mother?
She's quietly screaming for you to help her.
###
Now she's leaving,
Leaving you and your selfish games,
The ones that kept her thinking.
###
Why are you so sad?
She asks you.
You stare blinking, poor you...
She's doing better and you're the one left screaming.
