Poem -

a lovers kiss

We kissed and I felt such a fire,
An ember's kiss, that lights desire.
A kiss of passion that holds no lies,
Of love, a flame that never dies.

His touch, a language without speech,
A tender script, no words could reach.
His gaze brushed my soul, a soft caress,
Our bodies entwined, in a lover's press.

For in that kiss, all wants were said.
Our needs set free, our passions fed,
Like a hunger felt, our fleshly desire,
We kissed and oh, I felt such a fire.

for my boyfriend
