A million miles from home

She felt a million miles away from home.

She never felt this lost and alone she feels so scared and outta control.

In a place she doesn't know or ever been In before.

She just wants to believe the voices in her head ain't real she doesn't know how she should feel.

She lost all her hope and courage they took it all away from her they left her a mental mess.

Her only friend is her teddy Pippa that's been there for her since she was 11 years old.

She loves her teddy like she real when she cries her tears falling on her fur I hold her so tight I dont ever wanna let go.

It's just me and Pippa now I'm 11 years old hiding in the dark .

With Pippa by my side tears falling like rain drops from the sky .

I ask Pippa what am I gonna do how do I stop the abuse Pippa silent words say it all I can read her mind only I can stop it she seems to say.

Things wizzing round in my brain felt like an 11 year old going insane no strength left no hope inside this crazy mind.

Then suddenly a voice comes within I give you back your strength and courage and hope I will catch your tears when they fall you can do this the voices say.

So I stand up tall I stand strong what they did was all wrong standing face to face feeling so scared .

But I know today's the day my life would change forever it took till eternity for the words to come out no I say no more it stops right here I'm not going to be a victim no more .
