DAILY REBIRTH

I truly didn't know what I looked like
Beneath the veil of strife and dust
Now, I leave it all behind me  
Walking with power with confidence and trust

I have the abilities to conquer life's battles
And I can tame them before they begin
I can teach you a whole new way of thinking
That overflows from the souls within

I don't need because I am lonely
I need because I crave variety
It keeps me growing, keeps me balanced
While I grow and understand love's territory

Each day I ask myself better questions
I find solutions when my heart and mind are still
All I know as I move into my future
God has prophesized my mission in his will.

Good morning my angels, I am officially an author. as of the 29th of May  God is the greatest

34 years to the date of the misdiagnosis and destruction that came to my door.  34 years ago God made me a writer and investigator......and now Counsellor., healer and brain reprogrammer...34 years later I stopped all chaos, destruction and the wars will no longer continue......God has helped me write a masterpiece that will have many altering effects once it's out.....as I bring it to the attention of those that wanted to forget....

My publisher offered me a marketing package, should I have it to them by the end of the month......lol so I said YOU'RE ON!!

Holding on to this for 34 years.....I didn't know what I was waiting for...but I knew it was something....I found the reason and it wasn't waiting for anything outside......I found it inside me......and I am reborn.....as the last 34 years of trauma and losses leave my soul....to make room for my new world.....

Thank you, my angels, for being beside me...and always being out there to let me know I'm no longer alone....or isolated...or beaten.......that will never happen.....I feel a force overflowing from my heart that stops my breath......and this smile, this empowering feeling is what I wake up to each day......God is great...

To wake up facing a new reality, new day and experiencing all the peace is amazing......I finally caught the bug of spiritual enlightenment like never before and living without fear......you can too!!

Today's Meditation:

Find your sweet, sacred space, set a timer for 10 - 20 minutes, soften, and relax. Focus all your awareness on your breath and your heart, invite stillness in.

Silently to yourself, or out loud. repeat the mantra: "I follow the guidance of my heart."

When your timer goes off release the mantra, and be still for as long as you can. Enjoy the way you feel!

I also owe my unbelievable state to Tony Robbins....my teacher, mentor and if you do anything else with your time.....take the time to watch this....daily, or just once, your life will change....as did mine.  I realized that never growing up with a family, never knowing love.....as he describes it in the video....I finally realized what that means...it was inside me.....and I could learn to grow it.....lol cool....so, I'm growing in a love I've never known for myself and my world, life has changed....wow.....did I take the time to breath...lol barely...I'm so overflowing.  It feels so different waking up for the first time......  I am truly blessed by all of you, my Cosmo family....because you helped make me a family.....when I first came up here ....that was the first thing Tony, Cherie, Gale and so many more said....and I found the poem I wrote for you again....so I'll post that next...to say thank you again....
