A place we all must go

This is a place we all must go,
we all have one, but some don't know

A prison for some,
Safe haven for others

We go there almost everyday,

You watch people come,
as you watch others go

As you learn to love, 
and to let go

Some come here to hide,
others to shine

for this is where we all must go,
no matter what you know

some people stay for longer than others,
for they are the ones whose heart lies there

some are trapped, while others are lost
but no matter what,
they all will know, that this was once their own
