A Poem

     I want to write a poem that’s warm and fuzzy and reads like a children’s book
     I not sure why, I think it’s because I burn everything that I cook
     I want to write a poem that makes no sense and I don’t have a very good reason
     One that people read and shake their heads and recite the Pledge of Allegiance 
​​​​​​     I want to write a poem that’s short and sweet and everyone relates
     And the very last line that’s on my mind will leave my Poem
its name
