A secret rendezvous 💙

Wrapped up in woolly winter fur coats like a couple of Eskimos

Where two hearts are pumping underneath the warmth of these clothes

Sheltering each other’s faces from the windiness that blows..

And these two hearts collide when the pair of them meet

They are just like that young couple in love huddled entwined on the corner of the street

Oblivious of any passerby’s in that romantic moment of the heat

Standing wearily on four freezing feet, searching around in the shadows for a seat..

Where this moment in time is a marvellous memory to treasure

As they reminisce about each other’s tall tales, giggling with pleasure

This cobbled alleyway is where they hangout in their leisure
