Poem -

A soul without its mate

A soul without its mate

Ā 10) Soul with out a mateĀ

If I had to describe my life with out you Ā

If be a wasp without his stingĀ

I'd be a sheep without its woolĀ

Or a butterfly without its wings

Ā I'd be a rhino without its horn

I'd be a fish without any scalesĀ

I'd be a rose with out any thornsĀ

Or a peacock without his extravagant tailĀ

But the reality of what I am now isĀ

just a man who has lost his sparkĀ

A man who lost his soul mateĀ
Ā
A man who's heart turned darkĀ

You left a man with out his teenage loveĀ

You left a man who lost his bond for lifeĀ

You left a man Resembling all the characteristics of a doveĀ

A man who wanted to make u his wifeĀ

Ā WILLIAM LIGHTĀ
