A Special Friend ?

Is your friend a good friend ?
Will she be forever by your side ?
Even when you are at your lowest ebb
and you’ve ran aground to hide ?
Will she not forsake you when there is no one else around ?
You are crying out for compassion yet not making any sound
Shall she listen to your secrets without saying a single word ?

Everybody will tell you that they have a special friend
But I wonder if they are as good as yours coz she wants to be with you until the end
Can you call on her at anytime of the night or day ?
and will she drop what she is doing to help you out with your dismay ?
A friend in need is a friend indeed

This proverb is so truthful and sincerely sure enough
So shall your ally stand in your shadow when the going get’s very tough ?

If this person sounds just like your friend then let me tell you she is a Saint
People fitting this bill are not easy to acquaint
They are few and far between hiding underneath the stars
Yet you have been together thru thick and thin throughout your moments of memoirs
Never lose your friendship no matter what you may do
Keep her on a pedestal and she will care for you
But never take her for granted coz there may come a day 
When your friendship may be tested and she shall go away
