A Thirst

the world needs rain.

the Pacific swirls with perseverance.                         

the Atlantic is soaked with hope.

the Arctic and Indian are alive with kindness.

But only so many waves reach land. 

so let the purity rain upon us, for we are in a never ending drought.

the world is thirsty.
