A standing tree in a field 
Waits for no one but a bird, rainfall; 
A woodchopper takes life to feed his family 
Two children and a wife 
This his own life,  
Waiting for tomorrow's promise 
Waiting to belong

A tree grows up towards light 
A bird sits, flies, 
Sees his fate 
Yet nothing can save 
The tree from the woodchopper 
Fell into the field 
Falling over and 
Over 
  Over
