Poem -

A vivacious vole🤣

A vivacious vole🤣

Something scuttled speedily scarily I see a skirting board with a small round hole . yikes I jump onto a table was that a vivacious vole? well I know for certain I saw movement tho it sped along so fast sounding like tiny “Clickety clacks” as it’s furry body ran past

I adore dogs and cats alike they make such brilliant pets but those menacing hairy blighters make me shout out with tourettes . sorry if I offend you but I just can’t help myself, if I spy a minute mouse nibbling cheese upon a shelf . I turn into an absolute fool jumping like a Jack-in-the-box, I break every rule tho I’m sane that may seem so paradox

Well I get the hell outta that building, I had an apointment with a Doctor . and when he comes to call my name they will say something suddenly shocked her . so she’s gone like a bat out of hell and she will not come back here coz we could tell, just from the sheer scared look on her face, horror, hatred, she seemed a right headcase!!

So humorous Jill.

I'm a little afraid of mice and moles too! It's weird, because a mouse is so small. Yet, when I see one, I always jump. Give me a tiger instead of a mouse, any day. :) Good story, I'm still smiling. No metered poetry could compare to reading one of your brilliant narratives. I'm such a huge fan.

Thanks for sharing your story. Made me smile from ear to ear.

HI Jill...Now, I am an animal lover, but there is something unsettling about a tiny furry critter in the house! Just last week we heard a mouse in the rafters above my son's room in the basement, and we set traps...I hate to kill God's creatures, but the thought of it spreading disease or chewing through electrical wires and causing damage was more than i could take...lol...I understand..  We think we caught the mouse for it is silent above his room now, but we have the daunting task of finding where he died to remove him and not let his decomposing carcass stink up the house...ewwww!  ;)  xo

It all depends on which " hole " you find yourself in. That, defines you, for sure. IF, YOU ARE " VOLE ".......or, " mole " !! Mice, do not come into it.
Do they ?

" You, have to laugh. Otherwise, you could cry ! " Probably, in the " heat of the night " !  :) :)
It, is the freedom to choose. It, is the wisdom to determine what is good.
Does that make sense ?
