A word about my calmness

My heart is screaming but my mouth keep shut.
My mind is breaking but I don't react.
My tears are forming but I don't let them fall.
My legs are shaking but I still continue to walk.

There was a thunderstorm in my brain,
it was so strong that I could faint.
But my eyes wouldn't fall,
my head was up above it all.
