Active Misconception

Going along with an active misconception
does right and wrong exist or is it a mind made projection
a man made invention, manifested by nothing but ILL intentions
I've been arrested too much I have tested the system
a well rigged machine that's the mission
a goal to enslave the masses, to many dumb-asses
individuals making up a culture of DISASTER!

There's a war on drugs and a war on terror
what about a war on fear..
That's the real poison infecting us hear!

without emotion what would separate man from machine
perceptions everything but "the man" intervenes
we are never taught about our thoughts and emotions
I know for sure I never knew how to deal with my emotions

now my heart is filled with explosive rage
I'm locked up inside like a rat in a cage
I'm Americas modern day renegade
a human by blood but a God to my brain

I don't even try, natural born fuck up
a ticking time bomb, slap on the cuffs
i'm still just a leaf blowing in the wind
waiting for the discovery process of a solution to begin

i've got a million problems and i'm every one
don't know how to act, please define love
I'm a manic depressive, diagnosed addict
neurons going frantic from the constant static
my thoughts run like rabbits, one big bad habit
a nervous breakdown, on the thresh-hold of panic
hiding away like a fugitive in an attic 
enticing my vanity and becoming a fanatic
its so fantastic to blow out steam
bash my head on the wall until I start to SCREAM!
