Adaliade Australia

The city of churches

There are too many churches
And not enough friends.
The city sees not enough
Strange faces.
The pool is an armour against
Me
Or I'm the moon in the night
While you sleep.

I'm the enemy,
The voice that was your poetry.

Oh I do like this! I really like poetry that is a little off the grid...kind of rebellious. Those last 2 lines Rory are genius x

I'll let you in on a secret I shouldn't: those last lines are about my piano teacher from way back.
