ADD AND DELETE LETTERS FROM WORDS

Adding and deleting to words is fun to play
Putting it in a poem is hard I have to say 
Try deleting the letter l from the word bleed
Replace it with r and you finish with breed

If you omit the letter a from the word sea
Add another e instead and see will be free
Please take away i from the word bike 
Then put in an a and bake you will like 

The four letter word we all do is shop 
Dropping o with i and ship comes out on top
So adding and taking letters is at an end 
Add the letter b and you will finish round the bend
