Sun! Are you not the thing

That greets us every single day,

Sun, we know you well,

and the stars,they point the way.

We rejoice in good things,

to lead a decent life,

History should only know,

Of wars, and human strife.

Yes sun, we know you well,

That one day, you, shall fade.

What be us then, or, be us then?

Could we have ever, made the grade.
