ADHD

They dont understand,they said i was bad

They would send me to my room where i would sit and feel sad

They would tell me to hurry and say im a worry

i see the  angry face i cant help this is my pace

I try to sit still for a while but it is really hard

i am told if i dont stop i will get sent to stand in the yard

when i try to concentrate but my head wont let me in

many times i write my homework i screw up and it ends in the bin

At school im in trouble get sent out of the class

teacher said i am naughty and being a jack ass

My brain always busy cant rest and can’t eat

keeps going keeps buzzing and i cant get no sleep

Please oh please what is wrong with me

after many doctors many test they said i have ADHD

it all makes sence now, they didn’t understand

 i wasn’t just naughty child that became out of hand

now i get the help i need and feel better i can say

i am learning to manage this condition each and every day
