Poem -
ALFRED HITCHCOCK (MASTER OF SUSPENSE)
Alfred Hitchcock was the master of suspense
His films were never dull and always tense
The film stars of the day were begging to appear
Knowing that a role would bolster their career
Hitchcock played the camera angles so very well
The look of fear was real as far as I could tell
Think of Janet Leigh in that shower scene
One of the scariest things I have ever seen
Its a difficult call in deciding which film was the best
Was it The Birds, Rope or North by Northwest ?
For me it was Rear Window featuring Grace Kelly
So many twists and turns and far better than the telly
Thanks Mr H for the movies you made
