Aloft a Wind

We dance a miracle, and sing the heavens. I’m filled: so many

Tears. My love, a precious smile: my heart, a telic daughter.

Scream it to the mountains; and paint a fortress. Such a rift;

And so many hopes. I give oath, and so many vows. My life,

A Father’s flame; and Christ, my telic cry. Inform the reverend,

My last confession; and sprinkle light, a mother’s heart; for

Such a rift, plagues the soul; and such a pain, crushes life.

Indeed the Word, a cultic force; and tender cries, a long

Goodbye. My precious swan, a volume prayer; and floret strife,

A symbol dead. Such forever, a burning leaf; and such the

Present, a father’s wish. Influence life, my dearest soul; and

Color sight, my spirit flame; for fallin’ dove, the brightest star;

And phoenix love, a prayer ajar. My deepest faith, an epic song;

And pensive wind, a limpid tear.
