I stand here today starting out the window
Watching life pass me by
A whirlwind of living happening all around me
While I just struggle to survive

Happy people walking by
With a smile of their face
Life reflecting on their eye
While mine just show disgrace

I'm yearning for a life that's happy
More happy than I have ever known
Happier than I am today
For today I'm all alone
