Altered

Stumbling through an ancient town

Looking up, grey

I see the sky dimmer down

Thrown to the Frey 

Charged prods zap me from blind sight 

Distant lives from distant zones

I fall down thinking i lost this fight

Not by myself but all alone

As i climb the old building high

I sore through like a shining beam

Amongst the moon and stars i fly

An altered being with eternal dreams

Travelling out away from the earth 

Above the planets scaling passed the sun

To a place with the feeling of rebirth

Seeing the scheme of things and where it all begun
