Always Remember

The words I said as I walked away, maybe the last I ever say.
But I walk with strength and courage, as the crowd shouts "Hooray"
The war in life needs to be settled, peace on earth is what I hope to gain.
So please don't cry or be sad even if you know I am in pain.
I will call and text you when I can my sweet wife.
For what I said, I will fight hard with the hopes to return and live a better life.
Always remember those who stand beside me, I am honored to be at your side.
The world needs to be a better place, not living in fear or always wanting to hide.
Peace is our goal, friends from all around.
There is no need to fight, be friends, no bombs or guns, just a peaceful sound.
I am on the plane ready for my mission, only to gain a better life for all.
