Amelie

please watch this space ..

Amelie

                                                                                                   .
I know a little girl who could whistle
long before she had any teeth at all
Before she could talk or walk even ..
                                                                                                   .
And that very same, brave little girl
is called Amelie who has just turned
four years old … and get this folks ..
                                                                                                  .
In spite of absolutely everything this
old world has so far thrown at her ..
                                                                              She keeps on smiling ..

the above photograph is of my little 4 year old niece Amelie not long before surgery to remove the brain tumour in her cerebellum and she lost her hair and for a while, her sight, ability to swallow, walk and sleep .. like I said, please watch this space ..

I will watch this space
With hope in my heart
For one so brave
And one so smart

For one so small
To be so tall
Such courage
I pray
She can beat it all 💗

What an amazing little star she is Nev ⭐️
