America Was Never Great

As a Senior
In University
I watched while
Sadamn invaded
Kuwait
I knew right then
and there
I would enlist
though I could
have been a 
Butter Ball
I wanted to earn
my way...
In everything
I ever done
I have started
from the bottom
and worked my
way up.  
I believe and
still do
that to lead
you need
to know
what the people
you lead
are going through

SO when the Governor
of New York
who pretends ( for Power )
to be for the under dog
but was born with
a silver spoon in his
mouth
never served
married into a family
who were bootleggers ( later corrupt politicians),
Has had the ideal life
basically given
to him
and
then has the audacity
to say America Was Never Great
I take exception to this....

Mr. Cuomo
Your country
has always
been great!
This is
because
of the hard working
women and men
from all walks of
life
who you sat on their
heads while they labored, 
Made it that way.

Your problem
is 
You have been
too busy
at the country club
playing golf
or getting 
a massage
to notice....

I hope they 
vote you 
out
