AN UNUSUAL FELLOW (CLOTHES)

He was an unusual fellow around my town
Always wore a hat upside down
The shoes he donned were never tied
He sported his underwear on the inside

Clothes are not important to this fellow
All colours were shown including yellow
Most of the locals didn't think it strange
As long as the fellow was comfortable why should he change ?

This unique fellow whatever the weather didn't care
He was happy with his unusual clothes to wear
Was it a fashion statement or just for show ?
