The black cloud smothers....cracking my soul apart
Like a jig-saw scattered .....every piece frayed
Hard to put together if found....or want to be
The weight of the past still pressing on my back
Long.restless nights ....tired thoughtless days
Waves of sorrow amid a thunderstorm of depression
sweep over me
No end in sight but needing a halt to this enigma
No eat
No sleep
Thoughts crumble
Feeling beat
Someone look
Someone care
Use your senses to see whats there
Take the time
Eyes look into mine
See...feel ...touch
Speak...listen...taste
Awareness is all i ask
For my life not to be a waste
You can show me the light
Day by Day
Just sit up and listen
Teach me how.....I pray!
And darkness came upon me
