Angel of the Night
 
You are my sweet angel of the night
And your halo makes the darkness bright
 
You are brave and you are bold
You area true vision to behold
 
Wrap me in your wings in glorious flight
My one and only angel of the night
 
You fill my endless aching need
You bandage me from where I bleed
 
We say our sacred prayers by candlelight
We pray for blessings of the spirit of the night
 
Will you come to me when I am cold and all alone?
Your presence makes this place a happy home
 
In my heart you are a melody to a song
All of these memories will forever live on
 
Angel you are deep within this heart of mine
Forever through the shifting sands of time
 
For love and peace forever you strive
You give my heart reason to be alive
 
You are my angel from dusk till dawn
Know in your heart I will always belong
 
With midnight comes your magic hour
A show of strength of your angelic power
 
The moon and the stars are yours and mine
Blessed may they forever continue to shine
 
When I breathe my last breath and finally die
Will my soul travel to those mansions in the sky
