angel of redemption
stepping closer into the fire
my heart turns to stone
responsible for the pain
the path I chose me alone
anger is my venom
a powerful controlling addiction
let the love be corrupted
kneeling to my affliction
what once was beautiful
now distorted and cold
happy , young ,full of life
resentful,bitter and old
the fire consumes my skin
hope sinks into the brimstone sea
cant turn back take another step
what has happened to me
it feels like forever
my soul splitting in two
the choices, the resentment
the pain caused i knew
revenge and anger inside
slipping into the black i fell
no love in this place
never resting i'm in hell
knowing now what i lost
swallowed by the sad
a light shines upon my face
i hear it call I love u dad
all hate slips away
the chains are now broken
my angel ,my daughter
so beautiful ,softly spoken
I know u have fallen but take my hand
belief in love and family is true
I am here for u father
hell cannot have you
