Poem -

ANGER

Anger is like a fire, it can burn bright for a long time but be extinguished so quickly.

It's capable of hurting you and others.

The fire in your chest is dangerous.

Maybe you're angry at yourself for falling for a tool, or for acting like a fool.

But don't let that fire hurt others because they can add fuel to your fire.

And you'll just get burnt twice as bad.

Anger is a powerful fire and sometimes it's best to not even ignite that fire.

People will continue to add fuel to the fire burning inside you, if you let them.

The more you let people get to you and get a rise out of you, the more fuel you're consuming.Β

And one day, once you've consumed enough, you'll explode.

And you'll destroy everyone and everything in your way, until nothing is left.

And you'll be the only one left, dealing with the mess you created all because you let people hurt you.
