Another Pretty face

we are at a party and is mingling as she always does  her love of people is just who she is

I stand with some friends of ours and I hear her say to several people she was talking to

oh I am not special I amjust another pretty face I smile to myself and say to myself if
she only knew that she is more than just another pretty face she is my whole life she is my world I am in awe of her beauty and she will always be more than just another pretty face

as the evening wears and we talk and dance I hear her tell others as they complement her I am nothing special I am just another pretty face it makes me smile to know she thinks she isn't special when everyone see's she more than just another pretty face she is my whole life she is my world I am in awe of her beauty and to me she will always be more than just another pretty face

we leave that party and walking to our car we are stopped by a stranger and he says I have to tell you miss your extremely pretty and your friend is very lucky to be in your company I smile and know what she will say oh I am not special Iam just another pretty face

when we get home and we  ready ourselves for bed she looks at me and say honey tell me I am not special I am just another pretty face I smile and take her face in my hands and say you are my world you are my life I am in awe of your beauty to me you never be just another pretty face
