APPLES AND LIMES

Peter Peters balanced apples on his head 
An unusual thing to do it has to be said 
Peter could only balance two at a time 
However in each hand he balanced a lime 

Apples on his head limes in each hand 
Peter was certainly a fruity one man band 
The circus heard about this amazing skill 
They thought if he could balance bananas it would be better still 

Peter tried and tried but bananas he could not do 
I still think apples and limes are impressive don't you ?
